Born and raised in San Antonio, Frank Cannon built Canco Construction from the ground up with a vision to serve the community through hard work, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. A proud graduate of Southside High School with deep familial ties to the historic San Antonio Missions, Frank has always believed in honoring his roots and giving back to the city that shaped him.
As President & CEO, Frank ensures success across all projects by aligning both short- and long-term goals with the company’s deeply rooted core values, mission, and vision. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has grown Canco into a respected and trusted name across South Texas. His leadership is guided by the belief that every project not just construction, but a contribution to the place we call home.
Frank leads Canco with care, compassion, and the understanding that this business is part of a larger legacy — one built on family, faith, and a lifelong dedication to the people of San Antonio and beyond.
Drake supports projects from early design review through final project delivery, combining detailed quantity takeoffs and value-focused budgeting with clear communication and project oversight. Drake brings over 10 years of construction industry experience to Canco and remains a key team member in all projects.
Focused on efficiency, quality, and strong client relationships, Drake takes pride in delivering solutions that maximize value while supporting Canco Construction’s continued growth.
With extensive experience in commercial construction, John oversees project planning, estimating, and execution with exceptional attention to detail. His dual expertise in management and cost analysis ensures every project is both efficient and financially sound. John’s leadership and technical insight have made him a cornerstone of Canco’s continued success and trusted reputation in the industry.
As Assistant Project Manager, Mario supports multiple phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to closeout. His reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail make him a vital link between the field and office teams. Mario approaches every task with professionalism and pride, helping ensure Canco projects exceed expectations.
Jordan manages all aspects of Canco’s internal and external communications, including brand identity, digital content, social media strategy, website development, and event marketing. She works closely with leadership and project teams to highlight Canco’s diverse portfolio and trusted reputation within the local construction industry.
Prior to joining Canco, Jordan graduated from Texas Tech University and went on to build her career in financial analysis, bringing a unique blend of data-driven insight and creative storytelling to her leadership.
